UPDATE
SAINTS’ Performance and Community Departments are pleased to announce an extra date for their very successful ‘Embed the Pathway’ Development sessions.
They give players the chance to improve their Rugby League core skills as well as working on movement and mental skills through specifically designed performance sessions.
The session will be delivered from 3.30pm until 5.15pm on February 22 at our Cowley Training Facility, Cowley High School, Hard Lane, St Helens, WA10 6PN and is open access regardless of playing ability, playing experience or town you play your sport in.
This is a joint u13s and 14s session.
